The Logistics Council (TLC) of Milwaukee invites you to a dinner program on Thursday February 19th with two industry speakers on the topic of Supply Chain Design. Paul Kramer of Johnsonville Sausage, LLC and Greg Jarosinski of LLamasoft, Inc. will speak together about the rationale, selection and use of the Supply Chain Guru tool at the maker of the most popular sausage brand in the United States.

Their presentation will start with Greg addressing the typical uses of Supply Chain Design tools. Paul will then present the rationale and business justification for purchasing the Supply Chain Guru tool, outline how Johnsonville has structured a team to maximize its design and use, and projects which have been undertaken to date. Finally, Greg will review other capabilities of SCD tools and identify how companies can gain payback on SCD software.
